Conduit (from Northern Realms)

This link contains a lot of information about the conduit, how to get it, and how to upgrade the levels. Once you have joined the Imperial Vanquishers (via the NPC in north arch), you can get to Northern Realms from the same NPC or at any Messenger of Time NPC.

If you are in a guild, you have to join the same allegiance as your guild. If you are not in a guild, you can join either Imperial Vanquishers or Divine Defenders.
